The White Lotus was founded by a mum for mums, busy individuals, working couples, small and big families — for everyone.
Hi! I’m Poonam Gandhi, the chef preparing everything at the White Lotus (fully vegetarian). I have a son, Kairav, who was born in September 2025. His name means “White Lotus”, which inspired the name of this business.
I was born and raised in Singapore — the Lion City, the Little Red Dot. All my life, I was spoilt for choice with delicious food influenced by the many diverse Asian cultures around me.
The White Lotus will bring familiar Asian favourites to everyone who craves flavourful, satisfying and comforting food.
Thank you for supporting this one-woman operation, run from my kitchen. With a young son to take care of, I appreciate your understanding that I take only pre-orders and have a collection only model.
I hope you enjoy the food that has been freshly prepared for you.
How ordering works
- A rotating menu each week, Monday to Friday.
- Orders close at 10am on the morning of collection.
- Collect between 5:45pm–6:45pm — we don't deliver.
- Pay securely by card when you order.
- Track your order from received through to ready.
Hygiene & food safety
White Lotus is a registered food business, and I hold a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering certificate.
